Buyer is responsible for any Insurance and any claims of damage due to shipping should be addressed to the Blanket Wrap Shipper and or insurance carrier. Any damage must be reported to driver and documented on bill of lading at time of delivery with no exceptions.
Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.
Shipping: We will not be responsible for damaged shipments. This is between buyer and the Blanket Wrap shipper and the customers Insurance carrier. Any damage must be reported to driver and documented on bill of lading at time of delivery with no exceptions.
We can not be held responsible for delay in shipping due to weather conditions such as excessive rain, flooding, tornado, unpassable roads due to flood or any act of God.
Customers order constitutes agreement of these terms.
LAYAWAY TERMS:

If the layaway option is chosen... please adhere to the time allotted for your layaway. If the payments are not made on time or/and the balance is not paid by the balance due date, we will put the item(s) back in stock which will result in forfeiture of down payment and any payments made. 
If the payment is not made within this allotted period following the due date:
1. The transaction will be closed.
2. The item(s) will be returned to stock.
3. The customer forfeits the down payment and any payments made toward the layaway purchase.
Your acceptance of this form via submittal of this form is a binding contract. Your email address serves as your signature to accept these terms. The terms stated herein are the only accepted terms of this contract.
